BEHIND THE WORK
Missions are not an extra — they are part of the call. At I Am Church, we believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ must be carried beyond the walls of the church and into the nations. Our heart is to see lives touched through truth, compassion, generosity, and the power of God.
Through prayer, partnership, and support, we are committed to helping advance the work of the Gospel in places near and far. Missions are one of the ways we live out what God has called this ministry to do: to teach, inspire, empower, and love.
A BURDEN FOR THE NATIONS
I Am Church has a heart for the nations and for the advancement of the Gospel around the world. We believe the call of God reaches beyond our city and across borders, cultures, and communities.
Our desire is to support missions that carry the love of Jesus Christ in both word and deed — through prayer, financial support, ministry partnership, practical service, and compassion for people in need.
Wherever God opens the door, we want to be a ministry that helps send, strengthen, and support the work of the Gospel.
Why Missions Matter
Missions matter because people matter to God.
Across the world, there are people who need hope, truth, support, and the Gospel of Jesus Christ. There are communities facing hardship, families in need, and souls waiting for someone to go, give, pray, and respond.
At I Am Church, we believe the Church must answer that call with compassion, faith, generosity, and obedience.

I Am Church carries a deep burden for missions and humanitarian service. Under the leadership of Suffragan Bishop Jeffrey S. Akers and Dr. Kandy Akers, this ministry continues to stand with a sincere desire to see lives touched through the Gospel, strengthened through compassion, and reached through faithful missions support.
Their leadership helps shape the heart of this ministry — to serve selflessly, love boldly, and answer the call wherever God sends us.
